The support mechanism proposed by the SEACAP 4 SDG project has two supporting levels: the first, to promote the engagement of 9 municipalities or group of municipalities to use the Selected Reference Project (SRP) outcomes in their day-to-day work, and the second, to support at least 4 of these entities in the Southern shore of the Mediterranean in the analysis and planning of the most useful and cost-effective measures in a specific building or set of buildings .
The support is given through the involvement of an external company who will accompany the municipalities during the development of both phases and through specific training sessions.
