The aim of this action is to develop a scoreboard tool to indicate the level and progress of the energy retrofitting actions foreseen in the framework of Med-EcoSuRe including:

• The Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency pilot actions implemented in the selected buildings

• The university decision makers, public national and regional authorities and the investment community engaged in the university building stock renovation strategy/action plan.
